Agreement and scope

This website is operated by Link Prism Limited (“Link Prism”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company based in Hong Kong. It provides general information about Link Prism products and services and a way to contact us.

These Terms do not themselves create a subscription, licence, service commitment, partnership, agency or other customer relationship. A quotation, proposal, order form, subscription or other paid service is subject to the separate written agreement that accompanies it. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the relevant service.

Information and enquiries

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but product features, availability, pricing, implementation details and other content may change. Website content is general information only and is not professional, legal, accounting or financial advice.

Submitting an enquiry does not require us to accept work, provide a demonstration or enter into an agreement. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate, lawful and appropriate to share. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
